Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Claims must be filed within one (1) year. Disputes will first be attempted through mediation before legal proceedings.
Void Where Prohibited
MakerMods operates www.makermods.ai from California, USA. Some features may not be available in all regions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws if accessing from outside the U.S.
Miscellaneous
You may not export or re-export content in violation of U.S. export laws.
If any provision is deemed invalid, it will be replaced by a valid one with similar intent.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MakerMods.
MakerMods’s failure to enforce a provision shall not be a waiver.
